EAM BRAIN INJURY & STROKE MASTERCLASS

This workshop uses the knowledge and skills that students have previously acquired from the foundations course, and builds upon this wisdom to dramatically increase the EAM skill set.  It is approved for 6 NCCAOM CEU's.

Day one will be focused on EAM Scalp inputs. Scalp needling will be taught, practiced, mastered, and tested to ensure competency. Day two is focused on high yield nodes.

This course is also intended to take a moderate level practitioner and give them the framework to become an expert practitioner in as few steps as possible.

You will discover high yield nodes are points that are higher up on the neural chain, which influence the greatest area or largest neural segment with a single point. These include but are not limited to Sun Si Miao’s window to the sky points, as well as lower limb regions that are commonly used in surgical anesthesia. These points can be used to uninhibit several neuro-inhibited muscles or muscle groups simultaneously, or used to trigger the entire neural circuit and region to secrete medicines. Strategies for treating blockages, as well as over sensitized and traumatized patients will also be taught, and much more…

It is assumed that attendees are already experiencing a high level of success (from the foundations and/or advanced workshop) in the treatment of pain and inflammation.

Prerequisite: Completion of the live or online version of the EAM Foundations Course

UPON COMPLETION OF THIS COURSE
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • Effectively select scalp areas based upon neuroanatomy
  • Bury a needle painlessly and effortlessly into the scalp, like butter
  • Treat Stroke, TBI, and Paralysis patients confidently
  • Influence 3 or more regions with one needle
  • Make progress with non-responding or overly sensitive patients
  • Follow the framework, which will leads to mastery
